What is LNG vacuum low temperature liquid tank?
LNG vacuum low temperature liquid storage tank, namely LNG tank, is a professional product for LNG storage. From the common external structure, there are four types of vertical LNG storage tank, horizontal LNG tank, vertical sub master tank and atmospheric pressure tank. Because it is used to store and transport liquefied natural gas, it has strict requirements on the welding joint, weld, tank head and the geometric position of each pressure element.
1. LNG storage system of natural gas storage tank: LNG storage system consists of low temperature storage tank, auxiliary pipeline and control instrument.
2. Classification by capacity: small natural gas storage tank, 5-50 cubic meters, commonly used in civil gas vaporization station, LNG vehicle filling station, etc; Medium sized natural gas storage tank, 50-100 cubic meters, is commonly used in satellite liquefaction equipment, industrial gas vaporization station, etc.
3. Purpose: chemical fuel, household fuel, automobile fuel, combined power generation, heat pump, fuel cell, etc.
4. Liquefaction process of natural gas storage tank: cascade liquefaction process, mixed refrigerant liquefaction process, and liquefaction process with expander.
5. The liquefaction unit of natural gas storage tank consists of natural gas pretreatment process, liquefaction process, storage system, control system and fire fighting system.
