Safety education and training
Purpose: To make personnel at every level and function aware of:
(1) Adhere to the "safety first, prevention first" policy and work procedures, and recognize the importance of meeting the requirements of the safety production assurance system.
(2) Significant safety risks related to their work, including potential impacts and safety factors that may arise from improvements in their personal work.
(3) Their own roles and responsibilities in implementing the safety production assurance system, including those in emergency preparedness.
Hot work is managed at three levels
(1) Any one of the following situations is classified as Level 1 hot work
① Within the prohibited fire area;
② Various pressure equipment;
③ High altitude welding and cutting operations with high risks;
④ Relatively sealed indoor, container, and other places;
⑤ Places with a large amount of flammable and combustible materials on site
(2) Any of the following situations is classified as Level 2 hot work
① Temporary welding, cutting, and other hot work shall be carried out in non fire prohibited areas with certain risk factors.
② Hot work such as welding and cutting at heights.
(3) Performing hot work in non fixed and non hazardous areas is classified as Level 3 hot work.
2) Approval Procedure
(1) The first level hot work shall be completed by the project safety manager in charge of filling out the hot work application form and submitted to the project manager for review and approval before hot work can be carried out.
(2) The second level hot work shall be completed by the project safety responsible person in charge of filling out the hot work application form and submitted to the project manager for review and approval before hot work can be carried out.
(3) Level 3 hot work shall be carried out by filling out a hot work application form by the class where the work is carried out, and shall only be carried out after being reviewed and approved by the person in charge of the construction site, sub project, and supervisory personnel.
