Instrument installation of LNG storage tank
1) Field indicating instruments (thermometer, pressure gauge, flow meter, liquid level gauge) are directly installed on the process pipeline and equipment, and the position is easy to observe and approach
2) The installation of the control valve is convenient for operation, maintenance or disassembly from the ground or platform.
3) The instrument pressure valve and pipeline shall be made of stainless steel, and the instrument pressure pipe shall be as short as possible. The materials of control valves, transmitters, safety valves, samplers and other components in direct contact with process medium shall be equivalent or better than those of piping or process equipment. The pneumatic signal transmission shall use stainless steel pipe with diameter of 8 mm or above
Power supply and distribution system
The power distribution of the tank farm will be a part of the whole LNG plant, and the wiring will be reserved for the tank farm in the low-voltage power distribution system; The bidder shall set explosion-proof junction box in tank farm and loading area, and be responsible for the wiring from electrical equipment within the scope of supply to junction box. The connection between low-voltage distribution and junction box to low-voltage distribution shall be in the charge of the bid inviting party.
The fire lifting power supply is directly supplied by the low-voltage cabinet in the factory substation. There is no substation or distribution room in the storage tank area. The engineering designer shall consider reserving outlet unit in the substation. The connection between the explosion-proof junction box of the storage tank and the substation shall be in the charge of the bid inviting party. The storage tank and loading system belong to zone 2 explosion hazardous environment, and the power distribution equipment is flameproof. UPS shall be configured by the engineering design institute in the central control room and relevant field cabinet rooms of the LNG project, and the equipment shall be provided by the bid inviting party.
