What are the precooling filling procedures of kuaida (quick cooling) of Suzhou doer Gas Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd?
1. Observe the pressure of the storage tank during filling. If the pressure rise is higher than the delivery pressure or close to the pressure of the safety valve of the storage tank, the pressure of the storage tank must be relieved with (A-8). If the pressure continues to rise, it may be necessary to interrupt the filling to reduce the pressure.
2. When the liquid level gauge is open, about three-quarters of the overflow valve is displayed.
3. If there is frost on the surface of the overflow pipe, stop the filling of the conveying source and close the overflow valve.
4. Close the liquid inlet valve at the top and the liquid outlet valve of the liquid supply tank, and open the purge valve to discharge the residual liquid in the hose.
5. When there is no pressure in the hose, loosen the hose on the filling connector, release the pressure in the filling hose, and then remove the hose. It is recommended to defrost the filling hose.
6. Put away the filling hose.
Note: when the storage tank is formally filled, because the inner container is in the "warm storage tank" state at room temperature, it must be precooled. Therefore, precooling filling will consume a certain amount of liquid, and the gas phase pressure will rise rapidly, which is a normal phenomenon. "Kuaidar" is equipped with bottom and top liquid inlet pipes. If the pressure in the liquid supply tank is higher than the internal pressure of the filling vehicle, fill it at the bottom. If the saturation pressure of the liquid supply tank is less than the internal pressure of "Kuaidao", top charging shall be adopted. This will minimize the risk of pressure rise and discharge due to control pressure.
Tip: the "quick and easy" liquid can be delivered by pressure or pump. Warning: when discharging LNG liquid into the air, it should be carried out after it is confirmed in advance that there is no open fire, inflammables and pedestrians nearby. Note: operators shall not leave the site during loading and unloading. Note: due to the "quick and easy to reach" structure, the inner container must always be in a low-temperature environment and the need of medium purity, a small amount of liquid must still be retained during liquid unloading, and all valves must be closed to prevent water from freezing in the storage tank or pipe valve.
