Structural design of ethylene storage tank - duel equipment
Dear dur friends, today we are going to popularize the structural design of ethylene storage tanks!
The structure of ethylene storage tank is designed as a double-layer cylindrical structure. The inner container and its piping are made of austenitic stainless steel. The outer container is made of Q345R. The interlayer is filled with pearlescent sand (or insulation powder) and vacuumized to ensure good insulation effect. The tank supercharger forms a closed system, which can supply liquid or gas ethylene without any additional energy to ensure the purity of the discharged liquid or gas. The storage tank is provided with a joint for filling the tank car, which can deliver liquid to the vaporizer and tank car.
The thermal insulation material pearlescent sand of the storage tank needs special treatment to make the storage tank have a long vacuum life. At the same time, a metal thermocouple gauge is set. If necessary, the vacuum degree of the interlayer can be measured by using the thermocouple vacuum gauge (provided by the user).
When the storage tank leaves the factory after packaging, all external pipe orifices of the inner cylinder shall be strictly sealed, and the inner cylinder shall be filled with 0.03-0.05mpa dry nitrogen for protection.
