Brief introduction of LNG gasification station and bottle assembly station
The LNG gasification station is transported to the gasification station by tank truck. The LNG unloading supercharger is used to increase the pressure in the tank truck, and the LNG in the tank truck is sent to the LNG low temperature storage tank for storage. When the LNG is discharged from the LNG storage tank, the pressure of the storage tank is increased through the self pressurization system of the storage tank, and then the liquid phase outlet valve of the storage tank is opened. The LNG in the storage tank is sent to the gasifier through the pressure difference, and then sent to the factory gas point or municipal gas pipeline network through the processes of pressure regulation, metering, odorization, etc. When the outdoor environment temperature is low and the natural gas temperature at the outlet of the air temperature gasifier is lower than 5 ℃, a water bath heater should be connected in series at the outlet of the air temperature gasifier to heat the gasified natural gas. Unloading pressurization system process: using the unloading pressurization system, the LNG liquid in the tank car passes through the unloading supercharger, the vaporized gas enters the top of the tank, increases the pressure of the LNG truck, and speeds up the unloading speed.
Tank self pressurization system process: when the tank pressure is too high or too low, the tank can be maintained in the normal working pressure range through the tank supercharger.
Main vaporization and bog vaporization process: the LNG in the storage tank enters the main vaporizer from the outlet of the bottom of the storage tank (two main vaporizers are selected for replacement), and heat exchange occurs between the heat absorbing fins of the main vaporizer and the external environment, so that the heat absorbing medium at the outlet of the vaporizer becomes ng. At the same time, the bog at the top of the storage tank enters the bog vaporizer, so that the bog is fully heated and vaporized.
Safety release process: safety valves and manual release valves are installed between the valves in the system. The released EAG gas can be safely released through EAG heater and flame arrester.
LNG gasification station and bottle group station, the process is simple, relative to oil, LPG, CNG production and operation is more safe. Under the current background of "coal to gas", LNG gasification station can be used as a complementary way of pipeline steam because of its reliable resource guarantee, reasonable project investment and sales price, and flexible station construction mode, which is worth promoting.
