The generation of white fog
The large-scale air temperature gasifier is to heat and gasify the low-temperature medium through natural convection and heat exchange tube. After heat exchange, the air temperature decreases, and the water vapor in the air condenses to form a white fog, which gathers at the bottom of the gasifier and diffuses to the surrounding. The results show that the area with ⊿ t ≤ 0 is the area of white fog.
Description of demister
The demisting device of the gasifier invented by the company includes a fence on the ground around the gasifier, the outer side of the fence is provided with an exhaust device connected with the inner side of the fence, the exhaust device includes a static pressure box, an air collector, an air duct and an air outlet elbow connected from bottom to top, and the side wall of the static pressure box is provided with a regulating damper, A motor and an impeller connected with the motor are installed in the air duct.
Principle of demister
The fog is concentrated in the fence through the fence to prevent the fog from spreading to the surrounding area; The outer side of the fence is provided with an exhaust device connected with the inner side of the fence.
