★ The application for material substitution is made when the supplier or construction unit fails to provide the specified materials according to the design technical requirements, which can be implemented as the same as the design technical documents only after being approved by the design unit or on-site design representative. The application for substitution of self supplied materials shall be submitted to the design unit for approval after consulting the engineering and technical personnel. After receiving the material substitution list, the engineering and technical personnel shall make records, adjust the material budget and inform the participating units in time;

★ The site representative of the construction unit in the technical contact list shall be the professional engineer of the project engineering department or the construction worker of the construction team; The technical director shall be the chief engineer of the project or the chief of the engineering technology section, and shall be uniformly numbered and stamped with official seal before being registered and issued by the documenter.

★ The returned technical contact form must be signed with clear opinions, signed and sealed by the design unit or the site representative of the relevant unit.
