★ Project Manager
Organize the implementation according to the approved construction organization design, coordinate the construction production factors, and realize the construction period, quality, safety, cost control, contract, information and site management.
★ Project chief engineer
Under the leadership of the project manager, be fully responsible for the project engineering technology management, preside over the major decision-making of technical management, the approval of construction technical documents and external technical coordination, and give full play to and guarantee the supervision and guidance of technical management on project engineering control, management and coordination.
★ Chief of Engineering Technology Section
Under the leadership of the project manager and the chief engineer, be responsible for the technical management of the project, organize and coordinate the technical management of the main links in the construction process, and participate in the decision-making.
★ Professional engineer
Be responsible for the technical management of the discipline, supervise and guide the operation layer to organize the implementation according to the approved construction technical scheme and technical measures, so as to ensure that the project meets the project control requirements.
★ Construction workers
Under the leadership of the construction team leader, he is responsible for the technical management of the contracted project, accepts the guidance of professional engineers in business, implements the construction technical scheme, and performs the responsibilities of supervision, guidance and assistance to the construction team, so as to make the project construction conform to the specifications, standards and design technical requirements.

The construction leader or construction team leader and other construction responsible persons shall be responsible for the progress, quality and safety of the unit project or divisional and sub divisional projects. It shall meet the requirements of approved construction organization design, construction technical scheme, technical disclosure, operation instruction and other construction technical documents, reasonably organize production factors, organize project construction, and ensure that the project meets the requirements of specifications, standards and design technical documents.
The person in charge of construction has the right to put forward suggestions for modification and optimization of the construction technical documents, but the construction procedures, construction methods and quality standards determined in the construction technical documents shall not be modified without the approval of the Engineer in charge.
