The liquid carbon dioxide air heated vaporizer uses the natural convection of air to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange tube to make it evaporate into gas completely; It is a kind of high efficiency and energy-saving heat exchange equipment with air temperature and heating vaporization function, which can replace heating vaporization products.

Product structure

The air heated vaporizer is mainly composed of star shaped vaporization tube fin, liquid gas guide tube, base, bracket, inlet and outlet joint, etc.

Star shaped vaporization tube fin: the material is lf antirust aluminum alloy, with a diameter of 160mm or 200mm. It has 8 fins and 12 fins symmetrically, with good vaporization effect, durability, corrosion resistance and weathering resistance.

Liquid guide pipe: the material is lf antirust aluminum alloy or 06cr19ni10 stainless steel pipe, resistant to high pressure and impact.

Base and bracket: the material is angle aluminum, which is durable, corrosion-resistant and durable.

Gasification capacity of single unit: 20-3000nm ³/ h. It is not easy to transport large specifications, so it is recommended to use multi day combined type
