Key points for maintenance during the use of cryogenic storage tanks
Many people don't know how to maintain the vacuum cryogenic liquid storage tank, LNG gasification station storage tank and LNG vacuum cryogenic liquid storage tank. Today, let's talk about how to maintain the cryogenic tank when it is used!
(1) Measurement of vacuum degree between inner and outer interlayer (cycle one year)
(2) The tank foundation shall be observed frequently to find whether there is subsidence or damage, and the problems found shall be reported and handled in time.
(3) Daily check the supporting facilities of storage tank equipment: the fire sprinkler pipe on the outer wall of storage tank, lightning protection and anti-static grounding wire are intact.
(4) The safety valve shall be inspected regularly to observe whether there is frost and condensate. The safety valve on the storage tank shall be calibrated again after taking off.
(5) The first valve connected to the storage tank shall not be used as the control valve for incoming and outgoing materials, and it is not allowed to be opened and closed frequently. It shall be kept in the normally open state and switched regularly to keep it flexible and easy to use. Because it is difficult to replace the first valve.
(6) The external surface of the storage tank shall be inspected regularly for deformation, corrosion, frosting, condensate and other abnormal phenomena. Any problems found shall be reported and handled in time.
(7) The liquid level of the storage tank shall be within the normal storage range, with the upper limit of 85% and the lower limit of 15%.
(8) There are pressure gauge and differential pressure level gauge on the storage tank, with on-site indication and remote transmission. The remote transmission is transmitted to the central control room as the acquisition of automatic control data, which shall be detected and verified regularly. The liquid level gauge and storage tank capacity shall be corrected according to the density of storage medium.
(9) Liquid leakage will occur after the low-temperature valve is used for a period of time. If slight leakage is found on the upper gland, the packing gland shall be pressed tightly. If the valve core cannot be closed, the valve core shall be replaced. Refueling and water cleaning are strictly prohibited for low-temperature valves.
(10) No substance shall be placed around the storage tank to hinder the pedestrian passage and operation, and the site shall be kept clean and tidy.
