Characteristics of sub master tank (Master tank) - doer equipment
1.The outer tank is mainly composed of top cover, edge wrapped angle steel, cylinder, reinforcing ring and bottom plate. The main material adopts Q235B as the protective shell of thermal insulation material to maintain the micro positive pressure state of storage tank interlayer space, prevent external water vapor from entering the interlayer space and ensure the good performance of thermal insulation material.
2.Top manhole and side manhole are provided for access during equipment installation, overhaul and maintenance.
3.The top cover adopts radial stiffeners and circumferential stiffeners to form a ribbed vault structure.
4.The cylinder adopts the reinforced structure of built-in angle steel ring.
5.The bottom plate adopts the combined pressure bearing structure of arched edge plate and middle web.
6.The side of the bottom plate adopts a sealing structure to prevent moisture from entering.
