Fire (detection) alarm system for large liquid ammonia cryogenic liquid full capacity tank
For fire (detection) alarm system of large liquid ammonia cryogenic liquid full capacity tank:
(1) According to the standard for construction and acceptance of automatic fire alarm system (gb50166-2019), relevant product instructions and
Correctly connect the wiring between alarm systems according to the system diagram and site conditions.
(2) Alarm control settings:
Three flameproof three wavelength infrared flame detectors with 4-20mA output and standby switching value signal are set around the vent pipe;
The leakage position from the tank top to the flare pipe shall be provided with 6 explosion-proof combustible gas detectors; 4-20mA output, standby switching value signal;
The tank top is equipped with two platinum thermistors (the platinum thermistors are symmetrically arranged), the explosion-proof instrument control terminal box at the tank bottom is equipped with modules, and the switching value signal output.
Monitoring facilities
One set of explosion-proof integrated camera (2 sets, 1 cloud type and 1 direct type) is set on the top of liquid ammonia tank, with far-infrared night vision function to monitor the fire and other dangerous situations on the top of tank, so that the production personnel can more intuitively understand the operation status of process unit. The design, installation and fixation of the camera shall be determined through consultation with the buyer.
Other safety devices
Combustible gas leakage detection: a combustible gas leakage detector is set on the platform on the top of the storage tank to output 4 ~ 20mA signal.
Lightning protection and grounding: the whole storage tank is connected to the lightning protection and grounding grid of the whole station.
