Liquefied gas storage tank has the characteristics of long service life, compact structure, small floor area, centralized control, convenient operation and maintenance. It is a double-layer fixed vacuum powder insulated low-temperature storage tank.
The inner liner is made of stainless steel, and the outer liner is made of Q235B or 16MnR. The anti-corrosion coating on the surface of liquid oxygen tank adopts sand blasting, purging, spraying and other processes, and adopts two-component rapid curing liquid coating.
The characteristics and main access of liquefied petroleum gas is to store liquid oxygen storage pressure vessel, which is the gas required for steel mills, hospitals, gas manufacturers, welding and other industries to improve high purity. In comparison, the use of high-pressure steel cylinder for inflation is economical, practical and safe, and reduces the cost of using gas. At present, it is an ideal liquid storage vessel in the market. The interlayer between the inner container and the outer container is made of hot pearlescent sand as thermal insulation material and vacuumized. A pressure gauge and a combined differential pressure liquid level gauge are set at the upper part of the liquid inlet, which can grasp the liquid storage volume at any time, facilitate the operation of liquid filling and discharge, and observe the pressure change of the liquid oxygen tank in time.
