What are the working procedures of LNG gasification station?
LNG gasification station includes LNG vacuum storage tank, air temperature gasifier, water bath gasifier, pressure regulating device and electric control equipment. To understand the working process of LNG gasification station, we can divide it into several steps:
① Loading and unloading process
According to [loading / unloading truck / gas storage supercharger], the gasified gaseous natural gas is sent to the LNG tank car, the gas phase pressure of the tank car is expanded to make the tank car pressure higher than the tank pressure, and the LNG in the tank car is pressed into the LNG tank. This process also pressurizes the tank car and depressurizes the tank car after unloading.
② Pressure equalizing process
Pressure equalizing is to connect the gas phase space of the storage tank and the gas phase space of the tank car to meet the purpose of pressure balance between the storage tank and the tank car.
③ Tank self pressurization process
In the operation process, when the tank pressure is less than the set value, the tank pressurization valve will automatically open, so that the LNG liquid in the tank will be gasified by [loading truck / gas storage supercharger] and sent back to the tank. The LNG will change from liquid to gaseous, and the volume will increase, so as to achieve the purpose of pressurization.
④ Recovery effect
When the storage tank pressure is higher than the set value, the gaseous LNG is completely gasified according to the [bog air temperature gasifier] according to the pressure reducing valve and then input into the steam supply pipeline.
⑤ Steam supply process of tank car
During loading and unloading, the tank pressure is very low and cannot meet the process regulations. In order to ensure that it does not reflect the safe use of LNG gas by consumers, the tank car is used to supply steam to users. The loading and unloading truck will not stop steam supply and will not cause adverse effects and reactions to the operation of the system.
⑥ Steam supply process of storage tank
Tank steam supply is the key steam supply function of the operating system;
The "air temperature gasifier" sends the gasified gaseous natural gas to the steam supply pipeline for safe use by consumers after pressure regulation and measurement verification.
