Oxygen cleaning steps in the production process of gasifier:
We use special cleaning solvent and mechanical equipment to clean all raw materials and parts, and use advanced digital display special oil analysis instrument for analysis. The oil content is much lower than 125mg / m2 specified by the state and industry. When leaving the factory, it is generally controlled at ≤ 60mg / m2, which fully meets the requirements of JB / t6896-2007. Effective sealing shall be adopted when the product leaves the factory to ensure the cleanliness of the lumen.
Welding introduction
The gasifiers of Suzhou Doer gas company are certified by the welding training center and welding engineers with 5-8 years of welding experience in similar products. All welds are welded by argon arc welding machine. The weldments are processed by groove and oxide film removal. 304 lining process ring with low temperature resistance is adopted at the welds. There is no weld bead during welding to ensure smooth flow in the heat exchange tube cavity. All aluminum welding joints are welded with Smick aluminum welding wire with stable quality. The weld formation is uniform and beautiful, just like automatic welding. There are no pores, slag inclusion and internal weld beading, which absolutely ensures the weld quality and liquid flow.
Strict inspection
SuzhouDoer Gas Co., Ltd. has various perfect inspection methods. All products are signed and confirmed by the operating staff in strict accordance with the product manufacturing process flow card, and the quality is transferred to one process. It has special production inspection equipment / facilities and professional talents for the gasifier. Each equipment must undergo three strict inspections before leaving the factory, namely: self inspection by the actual operating staff The next process shall be rechecked and the inspector shall conduct general inspection before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of each factory product.
