Installation of auxiliary pipes and valves of storage tank
1. Degreasing treatment before pipeline installation. Piping shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of flow chart and construction drawing. The compensation requirements of the pipeline shall be in strict accordance with the construction drawings. The distance between the sandwich pipe and the inner wall shall not be less than 150mm, and the distance between the sandwich pipe and the outer wall shall not be less than 300mm.
2. Argon arc welding shall be adopted for the welding of pipelines, and radiographic inspection shall be carried out to meet the class II standard of jb4730-94.
Valve inspection
1. The model, specification, nameplate, number, material and pressure grade of the supplied valve shall meet the design requirements of the drawing.
2. The external and visible internal surfaces, threads and sealing surfaces shall be free of damage and corrosion, and the lead seal of the safety valve shall be good.
3. The valves that can be pressure tested shall be pressure tested as required. If the valves pass the test, the internal ponding shall be drained in time and blown dry. Close the entrance and exit and make obvious marks.
4. The valves passing the test shall be marked and the valve test records shall be filled in.
4. Bellows shall be compressed before installation. Ensure the compensation amount at low temperature.
Installation of system pipe valve
After the system equipment is in place according to the construction requirements, pipe valves shall be equipped according to the requirements of process flow and construction drawings. Handle the vacuum pipe with care. The pipe support is firm and reliable. Other pipe valves shall be configured according to the engineering construction drawing. The setting of support shall consider the space with cold insulation thickness of 100mm. Argon arc welding shall be adopted for all pipeline welding, radiographic inspection shall be carried out, and the oil shall be purged. Cold insulation construction can be carried out only after all pipelines pass the pressure test.
