Pressurization system of LNG vacuum powder storage tank (no pressurization of storage tank) (III)
Function: when the pressure of the storage tank is too low, open the pressurization stop valve and vent stop valve, and the storage tank starts to pressurize automatically to meet the normal use of the storage tank.
Common faults: insufficient liquid volume in storage tank, blocked booster pipeline and low set pressure of booster regulating valve.
resolvent:
(1) Check the remaining fuel inside the storage tank. If the remaining fuel is insufficient, the remaining fuel of small volume storage tank (≤ 500L) is less than 90L, and the remaining fuel of large volume storage tank (500L ~ 100000l) is less than 150L. The liquid cannot flow out by gravity, resulting in the failure of the storage tank to increase the pressure, so it is necessary to fill the liquid in time;
(2) When the liquid volume is sufficient, open the pressurization system and the pipeline will not frost. At this time, close the vent stop valve, exhaust from the air return port for five to ten seconds, and observe whether frost begins at the pressurization valve. If frost occurs, stop exhaust and open the vent stop valve; If there is no frost, contact our after-sales service personnel to guide the maintenance;
(3) If the pressure setting of the booster regulating valve is too small, the lower small screw can be adjusted clockwise on the booster regulating valve (about 0.2MPa for one turn). After adjustment, lock the locknut to prevent misoperation by others（ Note: if adjustment is needed, contact our after-sales personnel for guidance, and adjustment without permission is prohibited)
