Introduction to secondary vessel of full capacity tank equipment
The secondary vessel of full capacity tank equipment is a self-supporting, steel and closed tank with vault. The top frame structure adopts the ribbed structure composed of radial beam and circumferential beam, and the whole sub container top cover plate is laid on the top frame structure;
Under the normal operating conditions of the main container, the secondary container is used as the main evaporation gas storage container and the thermal insulation material supporting the main container;
Under the condition of leakage of the main container, it can store all the leaked LNG, maintain the structural air tightness and exhaust;
The cylinder of the secondary vessel is provided with multiple stiffeners to ensure that it can withstand sufficient pressure and maintain the stability of the structure; The bottom plate adopts the combined pressure bearing structure of annular edge plate and middle plate, the edge plate adopts butt welding, the middle plate adopts lap welding, and the material of outer bottom plate and cylinder plate is s30408.
◇ the outer top cover adopts I-steel and reinforced angle steel to form a network annular rib vault structure, and the center of the vault adopts an annular force equalizing ring, which is made of s30408 (see Figure 1 for the top cover frame diagram)
◇ the inner ceiling is connected to the outer roof support structure with suspenders;
◇ the inner and outer bottom plates adopt the combined pressure bearing structure of annular edge plate and middle web plate;
◇ the inner and outer cylinders are reinforced with reinforcing ring structure, and the cylinder plate is designed with unequal thickness plate.
