Analysis on provisions for prefabrication of inner and outer tank walls of LNG atmospheric storage tank
The provisions and Analysis on Prefabrication of inner tank and outer tank wall of LNG atmospheric storage tank are divided into the following points:
(1) The longitudinal welds of each circle of wall panels shall be staggered in the same direction, and the spacing shall not be less than 500mm. The spacing between the longitudinal welds of the bottom circle and the welds of the annular plate of the bottom plate shall not be less than 200mm.
(2) The distance between the edge of the opening nozzle reinforcing plate of the tank wall and the longitudinal weld of the tank wall shall not be less than 200mm, and the distance between the opening nozzle reinforcing plate and the circumferential weld shall not be less than 100mm.
(3) The width of the wall panel shall not be less than 1000mm and the length shall not be less than 2000mm. The allowable error of the wall panel size shall comply with the provisions in the following table.
(4) After the wall panel is rolled and formed, it shall be inspected vertically on the platform with a template, vertically with a straight template, and the gap shall not be less than 1mm. Horizontally, it shall be inspected with an arc plate, and the gap shall not be less than 4mm.
(5) Before the installation of the wall panel, the installation position line of the wall panel shall be drawn on the bottom plate, and the positioning angle steel shall be spot welded along the installation position line. The inner tank wall panel shall be wiped clean before installation to facilitate future degreasing. The circumference, Ovality and levelness of the upper and lower openings of each layer of wall panel shall be inspected according to the design requirements and specifications.
