The heat transfer tube of the air heated vaporizer is extruded from the heat sink and pipe material, and the cross section of the heat transfer tube is star shaped fins. The air heated vaporizer is composed of an evaporation section and a heating section. The evaporation part is composed of heat transfer tubes connected side by side with end plate tubes, and the heating part is composed of heat transfer tubes connected in series with elbow joints.
LNG air heated vaporizer uses natural convection of air to heat the cryogenic liquid in the heat exchange tube, so that it can completely evaporate into gas; It is an efficient and energy-saving heat exchange equipment with air temperature and heating vaporization functions, which can replace heating vaporization products. Vaporizers are used to vaporize low temperature liquid gas into gas with a certain temperature through heat exchange, which can be divided into high, medium and low pressure according to the use. The high-pressure vaporizer is used to vaporize liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon and liquefied natural gas pressurized by a cryogenic liquid pump into high-pressure gas and fill the cylinder. The low-pressure vaporizer vaporizes the cryogenic liquid in the storage tank into low-pressure gas, which is transported to the use site through the pipeline through the pressure regulating device. Air heated vaporizers are efficient and energy-saving products. Compared with water bath electric heating vaporizers and steam heating water bath vaporizers, they can save a lot of electricity or steam.
The structural characteristics of the vaporizer can ensure the normal operation of all components under cryogenic temperature, avoid sealing freezing, and ensure good sealing, safety and reliability, non corrosiveness, and long service life. Special ¢ 120, ¢ 160, ¢ 200 large diameter special aluminum finned tubes are used, which can defrost very quickly. The welding seams of all parts of the vaporizer are welded by argon arc welding. The welding seams are neat, beautiful and free of air hole defects. Optimize the process design, minimize the pressure, and ensure that the flow rate is controlled within a safe range.
