The process flow of LNG reserve peak shaving station is that after being transported to the station by tank car, the differential pressure between the tank car pressure and the storage tank is greater than 0.2MPa through the pressurization of unloading supercharger, and the LNG in the tank car enters the storage tank for storage through the differential pressure; When peak shaving gas supply is required, the LNG in the storage tank enters the cryogenic pump through the discharge pipeline to pressurize to the process pressure, and the pressurized LNG successively enters the LNG vaporizer to gasify into gas, and the reheater to reheat to normal temperature. Then it is sent to the city official website after being stabilized by the pressure regulating and metering skid. In addition, LNG liquid can also be exported through loading pump and loading skid.

In the process of loading and unloading, the bog gas generated dust is first sent to the storage tank meteorological space ash machine, then reheated through the bog gasifier, pressurized to the process pressure by the compressor, and sent to the main pipe network to avoid waste. EAG collected in the station is reheated to normal temperature and then enters the dispersion tower for centralized dispersion.
