Technical requirements for derusting construction of steam water bath reheater
The technical requirements for rust removal of steam water bath reheater are as follows:
1. Rust removal method
1) The surface of the outer tank and pipeline shall be derusted by sand blasting of the steel plate in the factory, and the intermediate paint and finish paint on the outer surface of the outer tank shall be sprayed after spraying the primer.
2) Electric grinding wheel is proposed to be used for rust removal of various exposed section steel nozzles and ladder platforms.
2. Specific requirements for rust removal
1) Derusting shall be carried out without rain and fog.
2) Before using gas sand blasting for derusting, a special sand field shall be set up, and appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent dust diffusion pollution.
3) Sand blasting and derusting shall adopt clean, hard and ribbed carborundum, quartz sand, siliceous river sand or sea sand, and its water content shall not be greater than 1%.
4) The angle of sand blasting shall be 30 ~ 45 degrees with the steel to prevent pitting.
5) When using electric grinding wheel for rust removal, reliable power protection measures shall be taken. Operators shall wear personal labor protection articles. Avoid splashes into eyes and inhalation into mouth and nose.
6) Where the electric grinding wheel can not be derusted, manual steel wire brush or sandpaper can be used for derusting.
7) After gas sand blasting or manual electric grinding wheel derusting, the metal surface shall show uniform gray and dark luster and uniform rough surface. There shall be no obvious pits and burrs at the pits caused by the original corrosion or mechanical damage of the derusting plate. When using grinding wheel and rigid grinding wheel for rust removal, the metal surface shall not be damaged or deformed.
