The water bath vaporizer is an intermediate medium heat exchanger. Its working principle is to use water as the medium, heat water with external heat source, and then use hot water to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange pipe to vaporize it. It is a mandatory heat exchanger using external heat source.
There are many heat sources available for water bath vaporizers, including steam, hot water and electric energy. Most of the heat exchange tubes adopt wound heat exchange core, which has compact structure and large heat exchange area.
Its advantages are: a single equipment can realize 24-hour continuous operation; The vaporization capacity of single equipment is large and the operation flexibility is large; At the same time, the use of water as the medium is conducive to the operation under variable working conditions due to the large specific heat of water. At the same time, the heat source can be controlled, which is more conducive to the stability of the outlet temperature of the carburetor.
