What are LNG cryogenic tanks?
So far, there are three types of LNG cryogenic storage tanks produced by Doer equipment: atmospheric storage tank, pressure storage tank and vacuum powder storage tank.
The key to which storage form to use is the amount of storage.
For example: vacuum powder tank, mother tank, and atmospheric tank
Vacuum powder storage tank:
The vacuum tank is a two-layer stainless steel tank. The inner tank is a low temperature resistant stainless steel pressure vessel equipment. The outer tank is made of carbon steel raw materials, and the interlayer is filled with thermal insulation materials, and the vacuum is pumped.
The vacuum tank is manufactured in the factory and transported to the site as a whole after pressure test.
Mother and son jars:
The inner tank of the child and mother tank is made of many low temperature resistant stainless steel pressure vessel equipment. The outer tank is a large carbon steel vessel, which is covered on the outside of many inner tanks. The inner and outer tanks are also filled with thermal insulation material, and dry nitrogen is introduced into the interlayer to prevent wet air from entering.
The inner tank is manufactured in the processing plant and transported to the site after pressure test, and the outer tank is installed on the site.
Atmospheric tank:
The structure types of atmospheric tank include bimetal tank and prestressed concrete tank; There are ground tanks, underground tanks, 20000m ³ The following are usually bimetallic cans.
The inner and outer tanks of atmospheric pressure tank are all manufactured by field installation procedure, and the production and manufacturing cycle time is long.
From an economic point of view, the one-time investment of the low-temperature and atmospheric pressure storage tank plan is lower than that of the sub parent tank, but the operation cost of the low-temperature and atmospheric pressure storage tank plan is much higher than that of the sub parent tank.
