Installation of tank connecting pipe
About the installation of tank connecting pipe:
(1) After the tank body is assembled, the installation position of the pipe orifice shall be drawn according to the position of the pipe orifice. The opening of the inner tank shall be cut by plasma, and the oxide layer shall be polished off by grinding wheel. The extension length of the connecting pipe shall meet the design requirements, and the fillet weld shall be inspected by coloring.
(2) Argon arc welding shall be used for backing and manual arc welding shall be used for covering of butt welds of pipes. Cold simmering shall be used for stainless steel pipes when they are simmered. It is strictly forbidden to use gas flame for simmering and bending. Hammers shall not be used to knock pipes when they are simmered.
(3) the nozzle of the bottom plate of the inner tank is buried in the construction of the foam glass brick.
(4) Before assembling the inner tank, all the assembled objects can be assembled only after passing the inspection. All the pipe fittings and connecting pipes can be cleaned and degreased, and can be assembled only after passing the inspection.
(5) When assembling the liquid pipeline, it should be inclined downward along the direction of fluid flow, and the angle should not be less than 2 degrees, especially the installation of expansion joint must be carried out according to the drawing.
(6) All liquid level gauge nozzles shall be arranged on site according to the position of upper and lower valves of liquid level gauge. The pipeline layout shall be neat and beautiful, easy to inspect, and shrinkage compensation shall be considered.
(7) The fitting must be cleaned before installation.
(8) All pipe sleeves connected with the outer tank shall be filled with slag wool.
(9) The construction of ladder platform railing shall meet the design requirements and steel structure construction acceptance specification.
