Introduction of tank structure: cryogenic storage tanks are widely used in product storage tanks such as air separation systems and LNG.Doer to their special working environment, the application of their structures and materials must meet the requirements of ultra-cryogenic. The tank can be divided into two layers, the inner tank and the outer tank. The inner cylinder wall and the outer wall are filled with insulation with pearlescent sand, and foam glass brick insulation is adopted between the bottom of the tank and the bottom of the outer cylinder. At the same time, in order to ensure the uniform force of the inner bottom and foam glass brick foundation, the concrete structure is leveled on the foam glass brick insulation layer. All butt welds of inner tank are inspected by 100% RT, and grade II is qualified; All butt welds of outer tank are inspected by 100% Pt, and grade I is qualified;
Preparation before construction
The construction scheme shall be prepared and reviewed and approved by the technical director of relevant units.
Before construction, relevant personnel shall be organized to be familiar with the drawings and construction scheme, and technical disclosure shall be done carefully.
The construction site should be "three connections and one leveling", the riveting and welding platform and other temporary facilities should be set up according to the construction requirements, and meet the construction requirements.
On site construction tools, fixtures and measuring tools should be in place, and their applicability and safety should be carefully checked.
For the materials arrived at the site, the relevant units shall be informed to arrive at the site and carefully check the materials and certificates. After passing the inspection, they can be used.
Foundation acceptance
According to the civil engineering foundation design documents and relevant regulations, the surface dimension of the foundation shall meet the following requirements:

Material acceptance
During the open box acceptance of materials, all material certificates shall be checked, including material manufacturing standard code, chemical composition and mechanical properties of materials, special seal for quality inspection and marks conforming to the national safety supervision organization.
The materials and accessories for storage tank must have product quality certificate or re inspection report.
The appearance of rolled sheet shall be free from porosity, crack, slag inclusion, crease, interlayer, surface corrosion and thinning. The sum of scratch depth and actual negative deviation shall be no more than 0.6 mm.
Welding rod shall have quality certificate, which shall include chemical and mechanical properties of deposited metal.
There shall be no air hole, crack, tension crack, slag inclusion, dismantling mark, interlayer, surface corrosion and thinning, the sum of scratch depth and the actual negative deviation of the steel plate, which shall meet the requirements in the following table:
