Description of LNG instrument control system
1) Distributed control system (DCS)
The design requirements of LNG storage distributed control system shall be proposed by the bidder. The bid inviting party shall consider it based on the DCS system of the LNG project, and there is no need to configure it separately. However, the bidder shall assist the system bidder to complete the configuration and commissioning.
2) Safety instrumented system (SIS)
The safety instrument system of LNG storage system shall be designed by the bidder, and the bid inviting party shall consider it on the basis of SIS system of the LNG project. There is no need to configure it separately, but the bidder shall assist the system bidder to complete the configuration and commissioning.
3) The combustible gas detector and flame detector on the top of LNG tank of combustible and toxic gas detection system shall be in the charge of the bidder and connected to the junction box, while others shall be designed by the bid inviting party. GCS system of LNG storage system is considered on the basis of GCs system of LNG project, and no separate configuration is required.
4) As this design is a part of the whole plant instrument control project, it needs to enter the DCS system. The control scheme, control system and monitoring system of instruments, valves and other equipment all rely on the main device, and the instrument selection should be consistent with the main device as far as possible.
5) All instruments and equipment supplied by the bidder shall be connected to explosion-proof junction box. The bidder shall be responsible for the cables from the field equipment to the junction box, and the bid inviting party shall be responsible for the cables from the junction box to the control room
6) The bidder shall provide cause and effect diagram and logic diagram, and assist Party A and DCS manufacturer to complete configuration, programming and debugging
