On the thermal insulation system of storage tank and the performance of cold insulation materials


Anchor devices are evenly set around the lower part of the main container and the secondary container, 72 for the main container and 104 for the secondary container, which are reliably connected with the embedded anchor device of the foundation, so that the main container and the secondary container are fastened on the foundation platform of the storage tank, so as to prevent the equipment from tilting and lifting under the action of working load and external force (such as wind load, seismic load, etc.).


When the anchor device of the main vessel passes through the bottom plate of the hot angle protection layer, the combined structure of flat sleeve and sealing plate is adopted to minimize the stress transferred to the bottom plate of the hot angle protection layer through the anchor device.


a. Bottom insulation. The ZES-8O0 foam glass brick is used as the bottom insulation layer and the weight of the main container and medium is laid between the bottom plate of the main container and the bottom plate of the secondary container. The ring-shaped area with high pressure under the main wall of the main container wall is used to distribute the load of the pearlescent reinforced concrete ring beam (the steel bar is stainless steel), and the ZES-1200 type high-density foam glass brick is used at the bottom of the concrete ring beam. Tank bottom insulation layer from top to bottom in sequence: main container bottom plate (edge plate + medium plate) -C45 concrete leveling layer - pearlescent concrete ring beam, ZES-SO0 foam glass brick (same floor) -C45 concrete leveling layer - Thermal angle protection layer floor -C45 concrete leveling layer -ZES1200 foam glass brick, ZES-8O0 foam glass brick (same level) -C45 concrete leveling layer - sub container floor.


b. Thermal angle protection insulation. ZES8O0 foam glass brick is used as a cold insulation material and support in the 150mm annular space sandwiched between the cylinder wall panel and the thermal angle protection cylinder. The low temperature glue is used as the binder between the foam glass brick layer and the layer of the thermal angle insulation insulation layer, and the position of the sealing ring plate at the upper end of the heat insulation protection layer is filled with glass fiber cotton with a thickness of 50mm after compression.


C. The insulation layer along the side wall of the main vessel. A whole circle of combined flexible elastic layer (cotton cloth, elastic cotton cloth, cotton cloth and glass fiber cloth from inside to outside) is set on the outer wall of the main vessel to buffer the side pressure of pearlite. The annular space between the main vessel and the secondary vessel is filled with dense pearlite to isolate the transmission of cold energy from the side wall of the main vessel.


d. Ten layers of glass fiber wool shall be laid on the suspended roof. The thickness of the single layer of glass fiber wool shall not be less than 100 mm. The total thickness after laying shall be within the range of 800 MM-1000 mm, so as to maintain good thermal insulation performance on the top of the main vessel.
