How to use fire safely and manage in gasifier construction
● In the process of gasifier construction, the fire system should be strictly implemented to achieve "three no fire", that is, no fire permit, no fire prevention measures, no fire supervisor.
● Each fire using unit shall appoint a person with a strong sense of responsibility who knows the technological process as the fire supervisor. The fire supervisor must always grasp the situation of the fire site, check the fire prevention measures, and take timely measures or cease fire in case of abnormal conditions to prevent accidents.
● The owner has the right to check the use of fire at any time. In case of any violation of the fire management system or danger, the owner can ask to stop the use of fire.
● Isolation facilities shall be set up at inflammable and explosive materials, and the erection standard shall be in accordance with relevant regulations and the owner's requirements.
● No smoking in the construction site. Welding on the steel frame requires temporary isolation with fireproof canvas.
