How to prevent electric shock risk control and reduction measures in the construction of LNG air heated gasifier (4)
● The temporary electricity ticket must be applied according to the specified procedures for the construction of LNG air heated gasifier. Non electrical operators are not allowed to engage in electrical operations.
● The construction power shall be in strict accordance with the technical code for safety of temporary power use on construction site. The power lines shall be well insulated rubber or plastic insulated wires, and bare wires shall not be erected on the construction site.
● All electrical equipment connected with power supply without experience of power supply shall be regarded as having power supply.
● the power users must be informed of the line power transmission, even to the individual team. It is strictly forbidden to stop the power transmission without permission.
● After the power failure of the line, the power switch of the electrical equipment shall be opened and the warning board of "no switching on" shall be hung. When the electrical equipment is overhauled, the power line should be cut off, and there should be obvious cut-off points, and the warning board of "someone is working, no switching on" should be hung.
● The temporary grounding wire shall be installed in the direction of power supply side for power outage maintenance. The sequence of installing the temporary grounding wire is to install the grounding terminal first and then the conductor terminal. The sequence of removing the grounding wire after construction is opposite to that during installation.
● the power switch on the distribution board shall be determined according to the capacity of electrical equipment. The system of one switch for one machine and one protection shall be implemented. It is strictly forbidden to use one switch for multiple purposes (that is, two or more electric equipment share one switch).
● In case of construction in metal container or humid area, the lighting shall adopt safe walking lamp, and the voltage shall not exceed DC 24 v.
● After tripping of electrical equipment, the cause shall be carefully found out, and the power can be switched on after troubleshooting. Blind switching on is strictly prohibited.
● Hand held electric tools shall be equipped with leakage protector, and the metal shell of all electrical equipment shall be provided with reliable grounding protection.
● During the construction of temporary high-voltage line, protective fence shall be set to ensure safe distance.
● The laying of overhead lines or buried cables shall meet the requirements, and the cables must be protected by steel pipes
