★ Risk control and mitigation measures of falling object injury in construction of LNG air heated gasifier
● A fence warning area shall be set under the operation area to prevent people from walking in the area.
● A special person shall be assigned to monitor the scene.
● Operators shall wear safety helmets.
● The construction personnel shall be equipped with tool bags, and the construction tools and workpieces shall be provided with anti-skid measures.
● The correct way and method are adopted, and the operators are not lucky.
● It is strictly forbidden to throw debris down.
★ Fire risk control and mitigation measures
● Strictly abide by the owner's fire regulations on the construction site. Strictly implement the relevant approval authority.
● Fire wall shall be set around the construction site to isolate it from the production area (including roads) and other construction areas to prevent the movement of fire and irrelevant personnel from entering the construction site. The fire wall is made of scaffold and profiled steel plate.
● According to the location of the construction site, determine the fire area level.
● No smoking and use of fire in places where no fireworks are allowed.
● Fire use procedures shall be handled according to the level of fire use area. The fire protection supervisor must strictly implement the safety and fire prevention measures, prepare reliable fire-fighting equipment, and do a good job of supervision. It is strictly forbidden for the supervisor to leave the fire site.
● Implement the safety regulations of "three no hot work". If the wind force exceeds grade 4, protective measures must be taken.
● No inflammable or explosive materials shall be left in the hot work area. The safe distance between the oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder shall not be less than 5m, and the safe distance between the oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder and the hot work point shall not be less than 10m. Oxygen cylinders shall not be exposed to the sun.
● No fire is allowed without knowing the safety condition around the fire.
● The current carrying capacity of electrical switch wires shall meet the load requirements of electrical equipment to avoid fire caused by overheating.
● Fire control inspection shall be carried out frequently. If fire hazards are found, the inspector shall fill in the rectification notice and issue it to the fire hazard unit. The responsible unit shall rectify in time.
